Dr Barbara Lebrun, Lecturer in Contemporary French Politics and Culture, will speak on
BBC Radio 4's 'Woman's Hour' at 10am on Friday 20th May. Discussion on the programme will centre around Proust and in particular, Madeleines. As well as providing insight in to Proust and the literary backstory of the cake, the show will also feature a live cookery discussion about how to make the perfect Madeleine.
